Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and link. The number will be a clickable link to check the status of your order.
If you have not received a dispatch email, please check your junk inbox (these emails very commonly go in there!)
If for whatever reason you do not receive a text or email with your tracking number and delivery information please contact our customer services team firstname.lastname@example.org who will be more than happy to help you.

If you have your tracking number, you can also click the link below and enter your tracking number to view the status of your order.
You can also download the XDP app FREE from the app store or google play. This will allow you to track your order in real time, leave notes for the driver, and reschedule your delivery.
