Deliveries are made within 5-7 working days depending on postcode. To more remote or rural areas delivery can take up to 10 working days.
1. When your order is placed, it goes into our clever I.T systems and gets routed for delivery. You will receive an email and text to advise you of your delivery date - this is a minimum of 48 hours before the day of delivery so you are informed in advance.
2. The day before delivery you will receive a 4-hour delivery timeslot advising you when the driver will arrive, along with a tracking link to keep you updated with the progress of your order and to follow your driver on the day of delivery.
If you have not received any emails to confirm delivery date and tracking link, please check your junk inbox (these emails very commonly go in there!)
