How do returns work?

1. Orders placed using PayPal Pay in 3 follow our standard returns process.

2. Once your return is approved, we’ll notify PayPal so they can process your refund.

3. The refund will be applied to your PayPal Pay in 3 plan.

4. The refund amount will reflect how much you’ve paid so far. For example, if you’ve paid two instalments, you’ll be refunded that amount. If the full amount has been paid, then a full refund will be issued.

What if I miss a payment?

PayPal will send you reminders, and they may charge a late fee if a payment is missed. Make sure you have sufficient funds in your linked account to avoid this.

Can I pay the order off earlier?

Yes, absolutely!

You can log into your PayPal account at any time to make additional or early payments. PayPal will automatically adjust your remaining balance accordingly.
