I have emailed and tried calling but not receiving any answer, what is going on?
We are doing our absolute best to handle the knock on effect of the pandemic whilst striving to deliver the best customer service we can. We have hired extra staff and extended our customer service hours to adapt to the changes in circumstance and manage communication. Due to understandable delays with our couriers who ship large and heavy items, we have updated our delivery estimates to allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
